We had an issue with the message log that cause the system to run out of space. This problem caused MySql to fail. We deleted the logs and restarted MySql.
Total outage time was 3 hours.

We've noticed a few soft errors in drive 3 on this server. As a precaution we will be replacing this drive tonight. There will be no downtime for this. This is a precautionary measure should it require some downtime to perform further diags. It will take place tonight after 12:00 midnight.

We are in the process of upgrading our accounting software as well as our support and helpdesk ticketing system. We are very exiting about the new features of this software. We are making this transition as smooth as possible and we are not expecting any problems in the support or in your ability to add services to your account.

We have been asked many times about Windows Share Hosting. Our answer has always been the same... WHY??? Well for those folks that are looking to run their dot Net applications under a Microsoft windows environment we have good news! Effective on March we will offer Windows share hosting packages to our customers. The infrastructure is in place running Windows Advance Server 2003 with all of the dot Net features.
